Shipping Policy
Orders for small items will be processed in 2-3 days.
Furniture orders may require a longer processing time due to packaging.
Orders made on weekends or holidays will be processed in the next available weekday.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, the processing time will be longer for all orders.

Shipping Rates
We offer standard shipping and expedited shipping for all orders that ship to addresses within the 48 contiguous states in the U.S.. Contact us for shipping to U.S. Protectorates, Hawaii, and Alaska, (We don't ship to P.O. Boxes).
The shipping rate for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and the weight/dimensions of the items purchased.
Deliveries
The transit time (from the day the package is picked up by the carrier to the day it is delivered) may vary depending on the shipping method selected. It may also be extended due to unforeseeable factors such as bad weathers, traffic accidents,...etc.
Optional services such as Lift Gate Service and White Glove Delivery Service are available.
Large items will be shipped and delivered by Freight Trucking Company. It's customer's responsibility to communicate with the Freight Trucking Company to schedule a delivery appointment.
We are not responsible for any additional charges caused by missed deliveries.
Lift Gate & White Glove Deliveries
Lift Gate Service
This service is ideal for customers who do not have a loading dock or for items that are too heavy to unload without assistance.
White Glove Delivery
White glove delivery service is available for an additional fee.
We offer 2 White Glove Services:
- Delivery to room Only. No unpacking, no installation.
- Delivery to room with unpacking and installation.
Return Policy
All items sold on dormily.com are subject to 30 calendar days returning window from the date the item is received.
Contact us for a return merchandise authorization(RMA) before sending in your items. Any item without an RMA will not be processed and it will not be qualified for a refund.
All returned items will be inspected for cosmetic and functionality damages.
If non-defective products are returned opened or without the original factory seal, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
For items returned in brand new and unopened condition, a full refund will be issued, minus the shipping charges.
